For most bakeries and cafés, orders arrive in WhatsApp. They are read on one phone, copied onto paper or into a spreadsheet, and chased by the kitchen and the customer alike — “what was the inscription?”, “is it ready yet?” Every busy day, something slips between the chat and the counter.
Zohven puts the whole thing in one place. The team shares one WhatsApp inbox; an order is taken straight from the conversation it came in on; the kitchen sees exactly what to make on its own board; and the customer is told automatically, on WhatsApp, as their order moves. A celebration cake, a catering tray and a morning pastry run each carry the details that matter for them, because the order workflow is the business’s own.
It is configured, not custom-built. A business’s name, logo, colour, language, currency, order stages and modules are all settings — so it is ready in days, and it keeps up with updates.
