Tawsee

WhatsApp orders, from the first message to the finished order.

An order and WhatsApp system for businesses that take their orders over WhatsApp — bakeries and cafés, abaya and tailoring shops, anyone who makes to order. Each business gets its own system, under its own name, on its own server, set up around the way its orders actually move.

Tawsee takes its name from توصي — how the Gulf asks for something to be made: a birthday cake for Thursday, an abaya cut to your measurements. It is built for the businesses that take those orders, and take them over WhatsApp.

Today those orders arrive on one phone. They are copied onto paper or into a spreadsheet, then chased by the kitchen, the workshop and the customer alike — “what was the inscription?”, “which measurements?”, “is it ready yet?” On a busy day, something slips between the chat and the counter.

Tawsee puts it all in one place. The team shares one WhatsApp inbox; an order is taken straight from the conversation it came in on; the kitchen or the workshop sees exactly what to make, on its own board; and the customer hears on WhatsApp as the order moves. A celebration cake, a catering tray and a made-to-measure abaya each carry the details that matter for them, because the order workflow is the business’s own.

Your customers never see the name Tawsee — they see yours: your name, logo and colour, on your own domain, from your own WhatsApp number. Every business runs on its own server with its own database, in the location it chooses, and is set up by configuration rather than custom code, so it is ready in days and keeps getting the same improvements as every other.

Try it in the demo: two very different businesses — a bakery and café, and an abaya and tailoring shop — set up from the same product by their settings alone, with customers, chats and orders already in them. Each sign-in page offers a demo login, both switch between English and Arabic, and everything resets every night.

Highlights

What makes Tawsee different.

One shared WhatsApp inbox

Every conversation in one place for the whole team, not on one person’s phone — with contacts, roles and the full history.

Orders taken from the chat

Turn a conversation into an order without retyping it, with the details your products need.

A board for whoever makes it

The kitchen or the workshop sees what to make and when — just the details it needs, under the name you give it.

Customers kept in the loop

A WhatsApp message goes out as an order is confirmed, ready, or on its way, in Arabic or English.

Your name, not ours

Your name, logo, colour and domain; your own order stages, details and branches. Your customers see your business.

Your data, where you choose

Your own server and your own database, in the location you choose, the Middle East included — never shared with another business.

How it works

From a WhatsApp message to a finished order.

The same path every order takes, whether it is one cupcake, a wedding cake or a made-to-measure abaya — and every step is visible to whoever needs it.

1. The customer messages you

The message lands in a shared inbox, so whoever is free can answer — not just the person holding the shop phone.

2. The order is taken in the chat

Size and flavour, or fabric and measurements — whatever your orders need — with pickup or delivery, date and time, branch and total, recorded on the order beside the conversation it came from.

3. The kitchen or workshop sees what to make

Orders appear on its board — named the way the business names it — with just the details that say what to make, ordered by when they are due.

4. The customer is told as it moves

Confirmed, ready for pickup, out for delivery — each stage can send its own WhatsApp message to the customer.

One product, two businesses

A bakery and a tailoring shop, set up from the same product.

The two businesses in the demo differ only in their settings. Neither has a line of code of its own.

The bakery and café

Celebration cakes and catering trays. An order goes from new request to quoted, confirmed, preparing, decorating, ready and handed over, carrying its cake size, flavour, the message on the cake and any allergies — across two branches, with a kitchen board.

The abaya and tailoring shop

Abayas, jalabiyas and thobes made to measure. An order goes from new request to measured, confirmed, cutting, stitching, embroidery, fitting and collected, carrying its garment, fabric and every measurement — across two branches, with a board it calls the Workshop.

Configured, not custom-built

Set up for your business, without changing a line of code.

Everything that makes a business different is a setting. That is why a new business is ready in days, and why every one of them keeps getting the same improvements.

Brand

Your business name, logo, tagline and accent colour, on your own domain — your staff and customers see you, not us.

Region

English and Arabic with full right-to-left, each person free to pick their own; your timezone, currency and country code.

Modules

Switch on what you use — orders, the kitchen or workshop board, broadcasts, automations, AI replies, the API — and nothing you don’t.

Order workflow

Your own stages, in your own words and colours, with the details each order needs and the branches that make or hand them over.

Content

Welcome messages, FAQs, opening hours and a knowledge base the AI assistant can answer from.

Connects to the rest

A REST API and outbound webhooks, for a website, a point of sale or anything else that needs to know about an order.

Getting started

From the demo to your own system.

1. Try the demo

Sign in to the bakery or the tailoring shop with one click, and take an order through every stage yourself.

2. We set it up for your business

Your stages, order details, branches, brand and messages — on your own server, in the location you choose, on your own domain.

3. Your WhatsApp, in your name

Your WhatsApp Business account and number stay in your business’s name, connected directly to Meta — no middleman.

4. Your team goes live

Invite your team; roles decide who sees and changes what. We run the server and keep it up to date.

One business, one system.

1
Server per business

Its own app and its own database, shared with no one.

2
Languages, equally

Arabic, right to left, and English — and more besides.

0
Custom code per client

Every business is configuration.

Your data

Your customers’ details stay yours — and stay where you choose.

Stored where you choose

You choose where your server runs — a Gulf region to keep your data in the Middle East, or another location — and Drentova runs it for you.

Isolated by design

Each business has its own server and database. There is no shared system for one business’s data to reach another’s.

Invitation-only access

Nobody signs up uninvited. The owner invites the team, and roles decide who can see and change what.

Build on software that’s built to last.
