The stage moves when something happens, not when someone remembers to tidy the board, and the buyer’s history outlives every deal they do with you. Properties and listings are kept as two different records, so nothing you send a client turns out to have been sold last month.
It is built for brokerages and off-plan sales in the region: Arabic and English both complete, with real right-to-left, at the desk and on a phone at a viewing. Each agency’s workspace is isolated by the database itself, and its data is stored in the Middle East, on infrastructure we run ourselves in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
