A certificate is a claim someone will eventually need to check. Most organisations issue them from a template file, record them in a spreadsheet, and have no answer at all when a third party asks whether a given credential is genuine.
CredManage closes that loop. Templates are designed once with smart placeholders and QR codes, then generated in bulk from a spreadsheet import. Every credential carries a never-repeating number and a public verification URL, so anyone holding the document can confirm it against the issuing record — through the portal, an embeddable widget, or the API. Printing and delivery are tracked with timestamps the whole way, which means the question “was this ever actually issued, and to whom?” has an answer.
