Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone using any Drentova Group W.L.L service. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it is a breach of those terms.

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• upload, store or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing someone else’s rights;
• upload material that is abusive, harassing, or that sexualises children;
• send unsolicited bulk email, or use the service to support a phishing or fraud operation;
• distribute malware, or use the service to attack any system;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, to other customers’ data, or to any system connected to it;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
• place a load on the service that degrades it for others, or circumvent any limit or quota;
• resell or sublicense the service unless we have agreed in writing;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate anyone.

Automated access is allowed through our documented interfaces, within any published rate limits. Scraping our sites, or automating access to interfaces intended for people, is not.

If you see something on one of our services that breaches this policy, tell us at [email protected]. Tell us where it is and why you believe it breaches the policy. We investigate every report.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate an account, and report the matter to the authorities where appropriate. We take the least drastic step that resolves the problem, and we tell you what we have done and why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. You may appeal to [email protected], and a person — not an automated system — will review it.
