Consumers: your 14-day right to cancel
Consumers get 14 days to change their mind, no reason needed.
You may cancel within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason, and receive a full refund. Tell us at [contact.support] — no particular form of words is needed.
If you asked us to start the service immediately and then cancel within the 14 days, we may charge for what you used, in proportion to the period before you cancelled. We will make that clear before you start.
Refunds are made within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with.
Businesses
The statutory cooling-off period does not apply to business customers. You may still cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and fees for that period are not refunded unless this policy says otherwise.
When we refund beyond that
We will refund, pro rata for the unused period, if:
- we materially reduce what your plan provides and you cancel as a result;
- we increase your price and you cancel before the increase takes effect;
- we terminate your account for a reason other than your breach of our terms;
- a fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for an extended period.
We may also refund at our discretion where something has plainly gone wrong. Ask, and tell us what happened.
How to ask
Email [contact.support] with your account email and what you would like refunded. We respond within 5 working days and, where a refund is due, make it within 14 days.
Complaints and disputes
Tell us. Email [email protected] with what happened and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 20 working days, telling you if it will take longer and why.
If your complaint is about how we have handled personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can do that at any time and you do not have to come to us first.
